Why should I join?
Joining the PPE Society gives you the chance to meet like-minded people, develop your academic interests outside the classroom, and connect with guest speakers from politics, academia, business, and beyond. It’s also a great way to build networks, friendships, and skills for your future career.

Who runs the Society?
The Society is student-led and managed by an elected committee of PPE students. But members have a real voice in shaping events, themes, and initiatives — we’re always open to new ideas and feedback.
Do you collaborate with other societies or organisations?
Yes! We regularly work with other student societies, departments at the University, and external organisations to co-host events. This helps us broaden our scope and give our members unique opportunities.
How can I get more involved?
Aside from attending events, you can help us with event planning, or even run for a committee role at our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Getting involved is a fantastic way to gain experience in leadership, organisation, and public speaking.
